EPA and Oregon DEQ reach agreements with Eugene company for diesel spill near Halsey, OR
(SEATTLE) – The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency combined efforts to protect Spoon Creek, a small stream midway between Salem and Eugene along the I-5 corridor, from a February 2016, spill of red dyed diesel fuel.
